What Is Christmas?
Is it all about your family like they say?
Letting go your worries for a day?
Is it a star on a tree
Or a present in a bow?
I don't know
Is there any bell that still rings true?
Tell me, what is Christmas to you?
Is it giving to the ones you're holding dear?
Or getting what you've hinted at all year?
Is it a mall or a manger
Or an angel all aglow?
I don't know
Is there any bell that still rings true?
Tell me, what is Christmas to you?
Staying sunny under feet of snow
Getting lucky under mistletoe
Wise men seeing stars
I'm putting lights up in the yard
That's what I do
Tell me, what is Christmas to you?
What is Christmas?
What is Christmas?
What is Christmas?
Is is all about a baby born to save?
God becoming man to show the way?
Is there a bell that still rings true?
Tell me, what is Christmas to you?
Staying sunny under feet of snow
Getting lucky under mistletoe
Wise men seeing stars
I'm putting lights up in the yard
That's what I do
Tell me, what is Christmas to you?
What is Christmas?
What is Christmas?
What is Christmas?
What is Christmas to you?

Good News (On Christmas)
Behold, I bring to you
Good news of great joy
That will be for all of you
Good news of great joy
In Bethlehem the Lord has come
While the angels sing the glories of
The Holy King who humbly comes
On Christmas, on Christmas
Behold, I bring to you
Good news of great joy
That will be for all of you
Good news of great joy
In Bethlehem the Lord has come
To the poor and meek and lowly ones
The Greatest has the Least become
On Christmas, on Christmas
Behold, I bring to you
Good news of great joy
That will be for all of you
Good news of great joy
In Bethlehem the Lord has come
You'll find him dressed in flesh & blood
In the Lion's stead a Lamb has come
On Christmas, on Christmas

I Can Tell It's Christmas
Counting the days
On chocolate displays
The time is near
Peeking to see
What’s under the tree
The evergrowing mystery
Minding the time
Til’ grandma arrives
With books to read
Oven aglow
With gingerbread dough
There’s some for me
That’s gluten free
I can tell it’s Christmas
All my dearest friends are calling
I can tell it’s Christmas
Even if the snow’s not falling
We don’t need a wishlist
Just the gifts of joy and wonder
Celebrating Christmas
In the way we love each other
Went to the shops
And we saw a lot
Of fancy things
But walking along
While you sing a song
Is my idea of revelry
I can tell it’s Christmas
All my dearest friends are calling
I can tell it’s Christmas
Even if the snow’s not falling
We don’t need a wishlist
Just the gifts of joy and wonder
Celebrating Christmas
In the way we love each other
No, we might not have a lot
That we can give
So why not give what we have?
On this strange holiday
We just give love away
And away and away
Kiss you goodnight
I turn out the light
It’s Christmas Eve
Lying in bed
With thoughts in my head
So busy dreaming
I can’t sleep
But I can tell it’s Christmas
All my dearest friends are calling
I can tell it’s Christmas
Even if the snow’s not falling
We don’t need a wishlist
Just the gifts of joy and wonder
Celebrating Christmas
In the way we love each other
I can tell it’s Christmas
All my dearest friends are calling
I can tell it’s Christmas
Even if the snow’s not falling
We don’t need a wishlist
Just the gifts of joy and wonder
Celebrating Christmas
In the way we love each other

Winter Coat
I will wrap you round
Like a winter coat
As I make my way
Through the coldest snow
I will wrap you round
I’ll be warm and well
On the longest night
I will wrap myself
In you, in you
I will wrap you round
Like a winter coat
As I make my way
Through the coldest snow
On the darkest day
I’ll be warm and well
On the longest night
I will wrap myself
In you, in you
I will wrap myself
In you, in you

Magnificat
O my soul will magnify
The Lord, the Lord beyond the heights
Who called to me in low estate
A maiden for His name
All the world will come to see
The good the Lord has done for me
The Mighty One the humble saves
And holy is His name
All my soul is "yes" to Thee
So birth this in the earth through me
As You have said so let it be
So let it be with me
So let it be with me
O my soul will magnify
His goodness as the years go by
His mercy to all generations
All who speak His name
All the heights shall be made low
The prideful scattered off their thrones
The meek and hungry given grace
For holy is His name
All my soul is "yes" to Thee
So birth this in the earth through me
As You have said so let it be
So let it be with me
So let it be with me
A Child, a Child a King shall be
A Light, a Light shall come through me
As You have said so let it be
So let it be with me
So let it be with me

Christmas Falling
Let there be peace on the Earth everyday
Let them be more than
Just words people pray
Don’t what it is about December
Finds a way to make the heart remember
Snowflakes floating
Little angels dressed in white
Christmas falling
On the weary world tonight
Another year in the blink of an eye
We go to sleep and it passes us by
Something about the winter
Makes me miss you
Hope that you can feel
The love I wish you
Snowflakes floating
Little angels dressed in white
Christmas falling
On the weary world tonight
Let there be peace on the Earth everyday
Let them be more than
Just words people pray
Don’t what it is about December
Finds a way to make the heart remember
Snowflakes floating
Little angels dressed in white
Christmas falling
On the weary world tonight
Snowflakes floating
Little angels dressed in white
Christmas falling
On the weary world tonight

LUCY: “I know how you feel about all this Christmas business, getting depressed and all that. It happens to me every year. I never get what I really want. I always get a lot of stupid toys or a bicycle or clothes or something like that.”
CHARLIE: “What is it you want?”
LUCY: “Real estate.”

Evergreen
It was dark when we got home
The winter sun had dipped below
Fields that wore their coldest coat of snow
We saw our breath in fading light
And made the long trek up the drive
Caught a glimpse of glowing light inside
They put it up and wrapped it round
With tons of lights among the boughs
We came in and gathered round
The evergreen
The evergreen
Dad was building the Christmas train
Around the tree the tracks were laid
Beneath the star we made of paper and tape
The ornaments were all laid out
Some we made and some we found
And mom said some
Had been passed down like crowns
We put them on and wrapped them round
Then went to sleep and dreamed about
The magic things that might be found
Beneath the evergreen
The evergreen
We put it up, wrap it round
And give it to our own kids now
The gift that we were handed down
Memories around a Christmas Tree
Mark the years in noble fir
In candlelight and frozen earth
In smell of pine and carol verses heard
Gathered in my memory
Of mom and dad and you and me
Glows a tree that in my dream
Is evergreen

Even the Winter
What if we find ourselves
Beneath the snow?
Our warmest words all frozen
In our throats?
And all we feel is left out in the cold?
You know?
What if the days grow short
And lose their light?
What if the coals burn black
And the embers die?
And we can't find each other in the night
You and I?
Even the winter won't last forever
We'll see the morning, we'll feel the sun
We'll wake up in April, ready and able
Sowing the seeds in the soil
Of our love
Of our love
What if the ice we tread
Is just too thin?
What if we can't escape
The squall we're in?
What if our hearts of stone are permanent
What then?
Even the winter won't last forever
We'll see the morning, we'll feel the sun
We'll wake up in April, ready and able
Sowing the seeds in the soil
Of our love
Of our love
What if the spring comes soon
And we're surprised?
What if the seasons help us realize?
Some things are only proven over time
And even the winter won't last forever
We'll see the morning, we'll feel the sun
We'll wake up in April, ready and able
Sowing the seeds in the soil
And even the darkness cannot disarm us
We'll see the morning, we'll feel the sun
We'll break up the earth,
'Cause we know that it's worth it
Sowing the seeds in the soil
Of our love
Of our love
Of our love
Of our love
